Alice Eckles offers fine art originals as well as note cards from her art and art reproductions. Ross and Alice are authors: Natural Beekeeping and Land of Milk and Honey both by Ross Conrad, and The Literature Preferred by Wild Boar and A Phrase Book for Spiritual Emergencies by Alice Eckles. Alice also makes chapbooks of her poems and stories for sale. Green Acre Homestead

As the proprietor of Green Acres Homestead,  LLC,  Mark Montalban has co-owned a small home on a 1/3 acre lot in the New North End of Burlington, Vermont since 2013 with the intent of redesigning the homestead into a place of sustainable living including growing a varieties of foods. Since then we have produced enough kombucha, kimchee, water kefir, eggs, chicken meat, hard cider, honey mead, gluten free stout, herbal salves and infused oils to avoid needing to purchase these items at the often high market price.

Solar Haven Farm

Solar Haven Farm is a small berry and fruit farm located in Shoreham,

Vermont. We grow blueberries, red raspberries, blackberries,

strawberries, plums, pears and peaches.  Besides fruit, we sell value-added gluten-free brownie and cookie bar kits, baked goods and sorbet. Our fruit and specialty products can be purchased directly from the

farm or at the Middlebury Farmers' Market.  During this time of COVID-19,

we highly recommend that you take advantage of our pre-buy and local pick-up.

We are a small family-owned orchard growing over 80 varieties of heirloom apples, plums, pears, and cherries.  We also produce fresh cider in the fall and Ice Cider, apple cider vinegar, Perry, soups, flatbreads & more.
